Mark's Bio - Part 2.
As written by Mix 94.1 Account Executive Daena Kramer
Hello everybody! It's Mark from Mark and Mercedes in the Morning and I really appreciate you taking the time to check out my bio. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and how I got here. I started out in radio when I was in the womb. My mother still tells stories about how I was constantly kicking to the beats of Flock of Seagulls and Men at Work. After I was born I started to develop my radio voice at a very young age. My first words were "hang on" and "oh jeez" and I wouldn't use a pacifier because I was constantly talking. Growing up in Denver was amazing. I made a ton of friends and we enjoyed making radio demos in my basement. Sometimes I still make demos on my Mac just for fun and reminisce on old times. It was a glorious day when I hit the post for the first time, too. I remember it vividly. I was talking up Ton Loc's "Funky Cold Medina" and I had a really hard time with that one but I finally nailed it and I celebrated by buying myself a new skinny tie and went out for shots of jagermeister.
So that's how things got started and now I'm here at Mix 94.1 as part of the #1 Morning Show in the market and I couldn't be happier. These days I spend most of my time working out, tanning and hitting on girls with no panties. Yes, I said no panties. Don't judge me. When I'm not at the gym you can find me flipping through the channels at home and I usually land on TLC or other female-targeted reality shows. I'm confident in my manhood and I enjoy learning about the emotional struggles that the women of Lifetime have overcome.
I really love working with Mercedes and JC and we have a lot of fun at work everyday. JC and I have so much in common but he doesn't like it when I buy the same shirts as him. And me and Mercedes always have a blast and she makes me laugh but she doesn't like it when I buy the same shirts as her either. We're a great team and we really appreciate you listening to our show. I'm also on facebook now so if you'd like to add me as a friend then shoot me an email. I'd love to superpoke you! I mean poke. I mean I didn't mean that in a dirty way. Wait. Nevermind. Forget it. Goodbye!
