About Drea
 My name is Andrea Swindall, Drea for short. My Bday is June 1st, 1980. Im originally from the LA area. I went to highschool in Whittier, CA and attended Boise State University on a Basketball Scholarship August of 1998.
I graduated from BSU in December of 2002 with a Degree in Psychology. At this point, I really had no clue what I wanted to do with my life, and I was broke, so I went to Bartending School and started bartending because it was good money...but I always had an interest in music and radio...even though I thought it was too far-fetched.
When I moved to Fresno, CA in 2003, I started trying to get into radio. But I couldnt find a entry level job anywhere, and Fresno State University had just taken out there Communications Program. So, I randomly decided to move back to L.A and take graduate classes at the Academy Of Radio Broadcasting.
Right before I went back to school, I took a trip to Las Vegas and fell in love with it. I had my heart set on moving there. I finished school and two weeks later packed my car and moved out here with demo tapes with the hope of getting a job. Everyone I knew thought I was crazy for doing it...but I really didnt care.
Three weeks after coming to Vegas, the Program Director here at Mix called me for a interivew and the rest in history! This is my first radio Job and I just became fulltime on August 20th as the Overnighter, as well as Production Assistant.
I absolutely LOVE this town and have no plans on moving anytime soon. Since I've moved here, I've calmed down alot. I was an absolute wild child when I first came out here and went out like 8 days a week. Now, I still go out occationally, but I dont have that much time. I'm down to meet new people, especially tall single boys! :-)
I love all kinds of music! My favorites are Christina Aguilera (I'm obsessed with her), Amy Winehouse, Maroon 5, James Morrison, Landon Pigg, Kanye West, Dr Dre, Joss Stone, and lots more... and I loveeeeee Classical Music (I know, kinda weird)
